He has been at the forefront of audio visual digital innovation, and has accumulated prestigious international awards in the spheres of film video, virals, augmented reality, mobile apps, projection mapping, outdoor digital, and live event streaming.

Andrew has applied his diverse skill set to worldwide brands including McLaren, Vodafone, Sony, CoStar Group, Royal Caribbean International, Persil, P&O, Nissan, PG Tips and IHG, where he oversaw the entire creative execution for the rebranding of Holiday Inn Hotels worldwide.

Dave is an Associate Producer and After Effects Designer. He has worked on over a dozen international TVCs and over 200 corporate and viral productions. As well as being well versed in all aspects of social media, Dave has gained accolades on augmented reality projects in the role of Technical Adviser. His AR work includes premium clients Historic Royal Palaces and Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Formula 1 team.

Dave has worked on all aspects of production from pre through shoot to post, for brands such as Arm & Hammer, Kaspersky, CoStar, Royal Navy and GlaxoSmithKline.

Suki has a very distinctive stylish approach to film making and loves the adventures that every commission brings. He is a multi award winning winner and and a lovely man to work with to boot.

Suki Singh graduated from Bournemouth University before training at the BBC in Post Production. Suki has passion for short form story telling and crafted his skills in directing TV Commercials and Promos making early films for London Music Week, Radio 1, John Peel’s Sound City and award winning work for SAAB. His passion led to him to direct for clients such as BT, Toyota, Samsung, Landrover, Dell, Staples and Mizuno. He used this passion to move into long form story telling which led to Suki writing and directing the feature film EMULSION, which is now represented by California Pictures at Paramount Studios.

Suki was then commissioned to direct the inter-active heist movie OLIVE GREEN for the Polish language company SUPER MEMO, which has just been nominated for The British Council ELTons Awards for Digital Innovation.

Mark has two decades’ experience in advertising and design, working with brands as diverse as BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, PizzaExpress, Nivea and Heal’s, and holding senior roles at leading creative agencies including WCRS, Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R and Imagination.

He now acts as a strategic adviser to several blue-chip marketing and brand teams, bringing objectivity and clarity to business challenges, and helping them produce strategic papers, visualise new concepts, streamline their approach to presentations and create engaging internal comms.

Caroline brings huge gravitas to our communication but with a human touch. She managed the £13m Anti Smoking campaign for The Department of Health and has recently come to us from the mental health charity Mind where she was instrumental in raising the charity’s profile across all channels including social media.

Her specialties include behavioral change, brand management, employee engagement and motivation and presentational skills.

As a writer her clients include: Sony, Volkswagen, AXA Insurance, GlaxoSmithKline, the InterContinental Hotel Group, KLM airlines and many more. And if that is not all she is the winner of 4 IVCA awards.

Caroline Macaulay

Will’s agency and production company experience encompasses commercials,
augmented reality, long-form films, music videos and live concerts for both broadcast and digital platforms.

As executive producer he has overseen many commercials, motorshow films and digital content for clients including Jaguar Land Rover, Tesla Motors, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Nissan, Siemens and Vodafone McLaren.

Isi is an articulate, multi-lingual, passionate and highly motivated individual with a demonstrable track record of achieving results in media production. She is a focused and energetic team player, unafraid to take the lead and accustomed to working under pressure ensuring utmost professionalism. With a varied and extensive experience in location and studio shooting in the UK and abroad including all aspects of production and post production.

Over the last 5 years, Isi has produced and production managed TV commercials,
sponsorship idents, online promos and trailers for companies including ITN, The
Discovery Channel, Channel 4 and RSA.

Isi Gruenewald


Scott makes intelligent, engaging and award-winning films for some of the biggest global brands. He trained at the National Film and Television School but also understands the world of commerce, having graduated from Cass Business School and worked in financial communications in the City of London.

Scott has won commissions from the UK Film Council and had his work shown at numerous film festivals. He has worked in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, finance, technology, construction and infrastructure for brands including GlaxoSmithKline, Barclays Capital and LG. During London 2012 he was a Sponsors’ producer for Olympic Broadcasting Services and worked with BMW, P&G, Cisco, Omega and British Airways.

Scott Horsefield


Tim has over 25 years’ broadcast experience. He trained at the BBC as a multiskilled television operator then joined TV-am. He then worked for ten years at ITV in roles including sound, camera, VT and ultimately editing.

In the mid-1990s Tim trained in the emerging Avid NLE. Tim has grown up with Avid, working in all forms of production, film, drama, entertainment, sport, documentaries, commercials and promos and has worked for major UK broadcasters including ITV, Channel 4, BBC, Five and Sky, as well as international brands including NBC-Universal, Liberty, MTV, Extreme, Discovery and National Geographic.

Tim Evans


Mark is a film composer, instrumentalist, sound designer, record producer and
published songwriter. He helps brands represent themselves through music and assists directors in marrying their musical ideas to their vision.

After graduating from art school, Mark’s career began in the early 1990s as a session and performing musician on projects for Island Records, Sony Music, ZTT/Warner Bros and Polydor.
