Project title – Great Marketing, Great Information, Maximum Returns
Brief – “Create content and manage the design and production of a video brochure to sell Apartments.com to 30,000 apartment’s owner across the USA.”
Creative – Production of the brochure took place in China and personalistion in the USA. Rather than develop a standard mail-shot, A-Vision developed a video-based communication–this being the most apt way of communicating the depth of the Apartments.com offer, with its unique combination of information and marketing support. The videos ran to 6 minutes over four distinct and heavily animated chapters. And rather than deliver these videos via email and risk the message being deleted or overlooked, Apartments.com decided to package them in a form that not even the highest-flying property owner could miss: a custom-printed video brochure – delivered personally.
