APARTMENTS.COM VIRTUAL MEETINGS

Brief – Apartments.com have asked us to make their virtual meetings more creative, especially when pitching to prospective clients

Creative – We created custom virtual backgrounds for all staff who joined the meeting, designed polls and an interactive quiz that was played throughout the presentation.

Virtual background were images of Apartments.com properties with Brad Bellflower played by Jeff Goldblum popping up into the screen as if he was present in the room behind them. This created a quick fun moment and gave people something fun to talk about. We also designed a Pictionary type quiz for prospective clients to talk part in that included answers about Apartments.com as well as their own company.

All feedback that we had was a great success. Simple but creative solutions make your ordinary virtual meetings that much more creative and fun.
